Guests can expect a luxurious level of accommodation based around an open plan design with high ceilings, bright, contemporary style decor and modern applicances. Extra attention and expense has been given to the furnishings and details of the villas, the furniture, appliances, pictures and ornaments are all of an extremely high quality.
Our three bedroom executive condominiums are all built to an open plan design with a central living room with cable TV, DVD player, CD player, radio and dataport for internet access, a family dining area with table and chairs and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. These two condos have a master bedroom with a large en suite bathroom and a second family bathroom. All bedrooms have their own TV; the master bedroom also features a hairdryer and private safe.
Every condo also has its own private balcony or terrace. |

Tuscana Resort is a brand new, Mediterranean themed, up market condominium resort located right in the heart of the Champions Gate golfing area. A combination of exceptionally high quality accommodation, a great location and superb onsite amenities are sure to make this resort a very popular choice.
The resort features a gorgeous clubhouse with a superb range of facilities including a large outdoor pool, kid’s splash pool and Jacuzzi with beautifully tiled sundeck. Guests also have exclusive access to the resorts own 35 seat state-of-the are movie theatre, fitness centre, internet access, a convenience store and a large, elegant lounge area with large screen TV. From mid September 2007 a poolside tiki bar will open plus the resort will also be showing Premiership and Scottish football via Setanta Sports in the clubhouse.

Gold Townhomes & Condos
Our gold level townhomes and condos provide an extra touch of luxury and expense above that found in our silver graded properties. The differences between silver and gold rated accommodation tend to be a combination of many minor additions and upgrades rather than one major special feature. Expect a slightly larger living space, very modern appliances, additional TVs, a DVD or VCR player and upgraded furnishings and decor throughout. The extra expense invested in the smaller details helps to create a more luxurious, up market feel.
All Gold graded townhomes and condos come equipped with the following minimum features :-
Open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all pots, pans and cooking utensils, utility room with washer/dryer, at least 2 bathrooms (4 Bedroom townhomes have 3 bathrooms), upgraded furnishings throughout, cable TV in lounge and master bedroom, DVD player or VCR, patio or balcony, telephone and private parking space. |

A wonderful development of exceptionally well designed self catering accommodation on this brand new resort, the benefits of the amazing location and the wow factor of the onsite amenities mean that demand will most definitely outstrip supply for the majority of 2008. These 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom executive condominiums at the Windsor Hills Resort are very modern, spacious, upmarket properties providing ideal self catering accommodation for families and larger parties.
Guests can expect a luxurious level of accommodation based around an open plan design. The main living space includes a lounge area with sofas and cable TV and DVD or VCR player, there is a dining area with table and chairs and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has it's own private ensuite bathroom with large shower while the second bedroom will normally feature two twin beds and utilises the family bathroom with shower and bath.

Windsor Hills is the newest addition to our growing range of 'resort style' self catering vacation developments. The developers have tried to market Windsor Hills as Orlando's first 5 Star vacation homes resort and in our opinion they have come pretty close. The general look and feel is exceptional, the landscaping is immaculate and the design of the communal areas is very plush.
Windsor Hills effectively offers holidaymakers the best of everything. The location is amazing, sitting less than 2 miles west of the Disney theme parks and just a few hundred yards from the huge choice of shops and restaurants along US Highway 192. The facilities do genuinely rival the quality of those found at a 5 Star hotel but with a choice of spacious villas, townhomes and apartments rather than hotel rooms and suites. Guests have exclusive use of a huge range of amenities including a multi million dollar clubhouse with a sundry store, 48 seat movie theatre, fitness centre, billiards room and video arcade. Opening out to the rear of the clubhouse is the main feature of the resort, an enormous, double olympic sized heated, lagoon style swimming pool with water slide and jacuzzi. Also on-site is a large children's park and playground, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts and numerous walking trails.
